Extended manufacturer warranty

IVT and Staudte products are manufactured according to strict quality guidelines.
We are so convinced of the performance, technology and workmanship of our products that we grant you a manufacturer warranty of 3 years (excluding rechargeable batteries and batteries).

Of course, this is also valid for products which have been built, modified and designed according to your wishes and specifications.

Working sustainably

In the course of tough day-to-day work, materials can sometimes wear out or an accessory can get lost. The solution: Our premium spare parts service will supply you with the suitable original spare part even years later – at extremely fair prices.

Carefully carried out repairs are a standard part of our service. Within the warranty period, repairs are usually completed within 14 working days. After the warranty period has expired, you will receive a quotation in advance free of charge.
