Microprocessor-controlled electronics

A microprocessor forms the heart of the inverter. This control centre monitors the most important parameters of the of the electronic system, such as the input voltage and frequency. This ensures constant stability of the output voltage.

Continuous power 150 W – peak output power 300 W

Especially with loads that require a high inrush current, the start does not always run smoothly. For this reason, the SW-150 is designed to provide twice the continuous output power for short periods.

Note: To determine the appropriate inverter, you will need your total power requirement. This is the sum of the power (W or VA) of the individual loads. We recommend that you allow for a power reserve of 30 - 40 % upwards.

Power start function for loads with high inrush current

The SW inverter is also equipped with the power start function.

Advantage: loads with a high inrush or starting current are controlled several times in quick succession with the maximum output power of the inverter, thus facilitating reliable start-up of powerful loads.

Flexible connection via 24 V car adapter

The SW-150 can be used flexibly in different vehicles. If required, the car adapter plug is simply plugged into the 24 V socket of the vehicle or boat, a fixed installation is not mandatory.

E-certification: Suitable for permanent installation in vehicles

The sine wave inverters meet the legal requirements of the ECE regulations and therefore have the E-certification. They are suitable for permanent installation in all vehicles with road approval, such as passenger cars, utility vehicles or other vehicles with 24 V on-board voltage.

Galvanic isolation of the input and output stage

Galvanic isolation
Thanks to galvanic isolation, there is no electrical conductive connection between the input and output circuit. Therefore, no additional personal protection device ( RCD or DI circuit breaker) is required even for commercial use when only one 230 V consumer is connected.

Please note:
If a multiple socket outlet is connected and several 230 V consumers are used at the same time, the German trade associations stipulate that each additional consumer must be protected with a separate RCD or DI circuit breaker. Extensive protection functions

IVT inverters of the SW series operate absolutely reliably and safely even under the toughest conditions. As standard, they are protected against overload, short circuit and overheating. An imminent deep discharge of the battery is indicated by optical prewarning (LED) and prevented by automatic shutdown.

Safe output – 230 V grounding-type socket

The IVT SW-150 sine wave inverter is equipped as standard with a 230 V earthed socket, suitable for plug types C (Europlug) and F (Schuko plug^®) commonly used in Germany and most European countries.

Compact design, particularly light

Conventional inverters are often equipped with large ring transformers. As a result, these are heavy and unwieldy. In contrast, the microprocessor-controlled IVT inverters operate digitally thanks to innovative technology: large, heavy components are eliminated and replaced by small and powerful components.

The valuable inner workings of the inverter are protected by a sturdy housing. The SW series inverters can be used as a stand-alone unit or mounted on a wall.

3 year manufacturer warranty

IVT products are manufactured to a high quality and following strict quality guidelines. We are certain about the longevity so that we add another year to the statutory manufacturer warranty free of charge. Rechargeable batteries and batteries are excluded from this warranty.
